The disadvantage of not having a CMS is the effort it takes to brief, cost and supply a third party, which inevitably leads to stagnant websites that may get updated twice a year at most. The key advantage of a CMS is the ability to alter your content immediately on demand, empowering you to alter the content of your website as you see fit.

Getting found

Optimising your web content falls under the remit of search engine optimisation, getting search engines like Google to recognize your website and to promote it when someone types in key phrases. Optimisation algorithms change frequently, which means that you have to stay on top of it, or employ an expert company to optimize your content on a regular basis to maximize your return.

SEO Site Builder is a CMS system with built in search engine optimisation. Everytime you update, your website is automatically re-optimised saving you the aggravation and cost of employing web optimisers. Although it does all this for you it is still  extremely easy to use, you do not need to have any technical knowledge at all.
